Satsang with Oliver - questions and answers 21-25 |
You say:"The seeker disappears. What remains is oneness. It's THIS what you are and always have been." Does this mean that I am not a human being? |
The divine game, the illusion of being a human being is arising out of Being. What you really are, the ONE, is the keynote of the eternal symphony and a human being is one among myriads of melodies. Sometimes harmonious, sometimes dissonant, but always inseparably connected with the keynote. |
Do you believe that you are (only) this body/mind-organism belonging to the species human being or are you defining yourself by the pure formless and nameless consciousness? |
There isn't anything left which has to identify with something or has to define something. There is only impersonal knowing. Unquestionable clarity. Awareness. Being. Everything that appears is THIS. No matter if it's the body of Oliver or let's say a glass of beer. It's the ONE. Like the flower in Buddhas hand which is recognised as the ONE by Mahkassapa when Buddha held it up wordlessly. Buddha could have held up anything. Mahakassepa would have understood. |
Do you recognize yourself also in the waves (person) appearing IN the ocean? |
Let me explain it that way: the waves are like always. They are realized but not by the ocean and not by a person (wave). The ocean doesn't recognize the waves being a part of it because this is only a concept and the waves are not different from the ocean. The waves are recognized by "no one" so to speak. You can say that absolute perception is occurring. Perception which doesn't need any subject and object. |
What do you recommend to a person who has a turbulent consciousness? |
By a "turbulent consciousness" I suppose you mean that the person thinks and dreams a lot and perhaps has strong so-called "negative" emotions like anger, inferiority complexes, fear, feelings of guilt etc. To such a person I would tell the following: |
If only consciousness exists, I'm asking myself to which "Self" talks for example Karl Renz to? |
If only the ONE (the Self, the Being) exists then of course Karl Renz, his talks, your question, your confusion about it and my answer are the ONE too. This question-answer-situation appears as one space- and timeless event in the ONE. That's of course another concept but the concept is the ONE too. It is like a mirror at the hairdressers which reflects your head endlessly. Ultimately everything falls back into the ONE. And the falling back is the ONE too... |
